Swindon boxer takes Irish cruiserweight title
A boxer from Swindon has won the vacant Irish cruiserweight title in a fight in Belfast over the weekend.
Luke Watkins defeated 37-year-old Ian Tims after a stoppage in the fourth round.
Speaking to ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Wiltshire's Marie Indge he said: "I came out feeling good, feeling fresh."
The former New College student is now in the record books for becoming the first black Irish cruiserweight title holder.
