New Conservative MSP sworn in at Holyrood

The new Conservative MSP for Ettrick, Roxburgh and Berwickshire has been sworn in at the Scottish Parliament.

Rachael Hamilton won the seat in the by-election caused by John Lamont's resignation to stand for Westminster.

Ms Hamilton was previously a list MSP for the south of Scotland.
