Money Saving Expert, Martin Lewis, said that a Help To Buy ISA is more beneficial to buy property with by the end of this year, but if you're buying next year, a Lifetime ISA is more beneficial.

He said: "If you're going to buy next year, you move your help to buy ISA into the LISA at the end of this tax year, you can then top it up to £4,000 and then add in next year and you can get the bigger contributions".
