People watch you just as much as you watch them
We all have an unconscious bias in our head called The Invisibility Cloak Illusion. If you like to sit in a train station or a waiting room and people-watch, you may think you’re being subtle about it. But no matter how secretive you are, people are watching you just as much as you’re watching them. Dr Catherine Loveday explains more to Claudia Hammond.
