Celebrations are taking place to mark the 20th anniversary handover of Hong Kong to China

back to China by Britain. Fergus Nicoll reports live from Hong Kong. Stephen Ng, a powerful figure in the city's corporate life and the Chairman of the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce, considers the impact Chinese money is having on property prices. Lord Sassoon, an Executive Director of one of Hong Kong's oldest companies, Jardine Matheson Holdings, gives his view of Hong Kong 20 years on.
