UFC Glasgow: Jo Calderwood her 'own worst enemy' fighting depression
Ahead of fighting Cynthia Calvillo in the co-main event at UFC Fight Night in Glasgow, Scottish UFC fighter Joanne Calderwood opens up to ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Three about her battle with depression and alcohol. In an interview that includes hard-hitting footage from the Octagon, the number-eight-ranked strawweight explains how she struggled to deal with her own thoughts, but says she feels in a much better place since giving up alcohol and realising "it's OK not to be OK".
