They read between the lines to work out why there鈥檚 different comments. The team discuss how to improve the activity. Through asking questions, they come to a conclusion to combine two activities to improve them both. Craig meets Mike to tell him how the observational studies of the new combined activity went. Craig takes the complex information and summarises it to Mike, telling him the key points he has taken from the studies about the best way to run the activity.
