BITESIZE MATHS ENGINE CAPACITY 2.mov
An engine has come off of a bike, and the garage manager asks a trainee mechanic to work out the engine capacity as part of his training. He works out the bore radius, the crankshaft stroke and counts the number of cylinders. He works out the calculation based on this formula learning that π is also 3.14 as a number. Finally he rounds the result to the nearest cc, what UK motorbikes capacity are measured in.
