Lightning strike 'like a bomb going off'
A man said he feels lucky to be alive after lightning strike on his home that sounded "like a bomb going off".
James Messer, of Bradwell, Essex, said he got out "just in time".
Forecasters said there were 26,000 lightning strikes over the East of England on Tuesday night.
