The Mayor of Greater Manchester Andy Burnham says people in the north feel that London is being prioritized over the north. He told Newsnight's Evan Davis that the government should not underestimate "the fury" people in the north feel when they hear that electrification plans there have been changed, while Crossrail 2 has just been announced in London.
