Quorn foods has seen unprecedented global growth in the first half of this year with its sales up 19% worldwide. They鈥檙e putting the increase down in part to a rise in the number of people opting for what鈥檚 called a 'flexitarian diet', so regularly leaving off the meat. But what exactly is Quorn? Jay Unger went to find out and met Matt Young, the Operations Manager for the company鈥檚 factory in South Yorkshire.
