Finding out about a new client.

Karima, a junior stylist, has been asked by her manager, Joel, to take care of a client on her own. Before she meets the client she asks Joel some questions to make sure she has the key information and is prepared. In her consultation, Karima discusses the client’s needs and listens carefully. She explains any technical terminology in words the client can understand. At the end of the treatment she records all the details on the salon’s record card, ensuring it’s clear and accurate.
