Evaluating a text and making choices.
Sam has found a job as a stockroom assistant. He reads the advertisement in detail to find out how to apply, if he has the right qualifications and experience and notes the deadline. Helen, Tina and Charlie are browsing a Further Education College website. They evaluate the information – what options there are, and whether Tina needs any prior knowledge or skills. Once she evaluates it she has a few things to consider – which subject to study, how long it takes and what she will learn. Mark has received an incorrect delivery for his café. He needs to review the delivery order carefully to respond in the most effective way possible.
