People travelling in Europe using their mobile phones are starting to find that there are funny black holes where the new rules about what you鈥檒l pay don鈥檛 seem to apply. We鈥檙e all supposed to be able to use mobiles right across the EU now paying only what we pay to use them at home. This was supposed to put an end to the sort of bill shocks people got after using mobiles abroad. Winifred Robinson finds out what's going on.
