Jamaican PM - Ban drug cheats for life
Jamaican Prime Minister Andrew Holness has called for life bans for drug cheats. Holness was speaking after Usain Bolt’s shock defeat to Justin Gatlin in the 100m World Championship final. Former Olympic champion Gatlin has twice been banned for doping offences. Holness praised Bolt for being a champion “without any suggestion of cheating” and said penalties for dopers should be draconian.
