Asking the best questions.
Mia, a beautician, has an appointment with a new customer who would like a facial. She asks a series of questions before they start the treatment so she is prepared. She takes notes at the time which get written up in detail on the customer’s record card later. During the treatment Mia adjusts her body language so it’s a comfortable and relaxing experience. She doesn’t make small talk, speaks softly and explains what she’s doing. After the treatment Mia makes recommendations for the customer’s beauty regime. She tries to make a personal connection, and persuade the customer of her opinion and recommendation of what product to use.
