Will this pipeline lead to another Standing Rock?
Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau came into office pledging big cuts in carbon emissions to fight climate change. But he’s also a big supporter of Canada’s oil industry. He believes building a new pipeline will create jobs without busting Canada’s carbon budget. But, as Eilis O'Neill reports, not everyone sees it that way.
