After the stock check they look into new products. They do research using different sources like customer reviews, the product brochures and professional reviews. Mia now has enough information to conclude if the moisturiser is a good product for her clients. Mia calls a new supplier to order the product. She prepares what she鈥檚 going to say by writing some notes and also tries to build rapport with the new supplier. She makes sure her tone is correct, she is friendly and polite.
