Where is Kim Jong-un's 'red line'?
The western world responds to North Korea's Japan missile launch
On Monday evening North Korea fired a missile over the northern part of Japan. The UN Security Council denounced the latest launch test, unanimously demanding that Pyongyang halt the program.
The US ambassador to the UN Nikki Haley said that the US “will not allow their lawlessness to continue”.
The former US ambassador to China Max Baucus tells John Humphry’s that Kim Jong-un is a “rational person” despite popular opinion, and it is up to the North Korean leader to decide where the "red line" is for him.
