Cara Black is urging the Women's Tennis Association to support mothers on the tour.

As Serena Williams gives birth to a baby girl, Black believes the time is right time for a creche and child minding facilities to be introduced at all tournaments.

The Zimbabwe player explains that "a lot of girls are realising they can have a career and family now".
