On Thursday MPs will start debating the bill that's meant to transfer into British law the European laws and regulations the UK has been observing for the last 45 years.

We will need it after we've done a deal to leave the EU - if we do a deal to leave the EU.

Tory MP Desmond Swayne and former deputy prime minister Nick Clegg discuss exactly how much progress has been made in the negotiations.
