Two colleagues work out the amount of money one of them has made in resubscriptions that financial quarter. They multiply the number of resubscriptions by the amount paid by each customer. They then convert the amount to sterling by dividing the total by the current exchange rate. For the final stage they work out what her commission will be by dividing and multiplying to get a percentage.
