Are people living a vegan lifestyle for the wrong reasons?
After Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn said he was considering turning vegan, ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Radio Berkshire's Paul Coia spoke to Reading based Nutritionist Christine Bailey, author of "Go Lean, Vegan."
Christine Bailey. Nutritionist:
"I think there is a concern from Instagram and bloggers, and people have found a diet suitable for them, has put it over the internet and everyone says this for me... but everyone is unique.
"It has been fueled a lot by social media - and it may not have the nutritional science behind it. Before you dive in you need to get the facts you need.
"More people are saying two or three days a week I'm going to have more plant based meals, and that's a far more healthy approach.
