The Scottish 'super honey' with health benefits
Hopes are being pinned on a new 'super honey' which may have health qualities equal to some New Zealand honeys imported for medical applications. Researchers in Edinburgh believe it could help in the battle against antibiotic-resistant superbugs. Charlotte Smith finds out more.
