Is Wigan in Greater Manchester or Lancashire? What about Grange-over-Sands, is it in Cumbria or Lancashire?

The British Counties campaign says there are over 600 towns and villages in England where it is not clear which county they are in.

Supported by some MPs, they are calling on the government to set out clear boundaries and put county names on signs and maps to end the confusion.

Frank Gardner is our security correspondent and he told us about a pretty unique way he learned about counties when he was young.
