Former England defender Lindsay Johnson tells 5 live's Phil Williams she is disappointed by the way the FA have handled Mark Sampson's sacking as England women's manager. The Football Association sacked Sampson following evidence of "inappropriate and unacceptable" behaviour with female players in a previous role.
