I was banned from teaching for helping my pupils cheat
ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ 5 live have found that penalties given to teachers for cheating rose by 50% between 2015 and 2016.
Last year, there were just under 400 incidents.
Mark Lotsu was head of biology at a Surrey boarding school. Last year, he was banned from teaching.
He told ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ 5 live how and why he helped his pupils cheat on an A level exam.
He said: "You know it's morally wrong, but under the circumstances, under such pressure, I felt like, at the time, I had no other option."
