Freight rail keeps Zimbabwe on track
For the last 18 years, the privately-owned Beitbridge-Bulawayo Railway (BBR) line has enabled bulk goods to be transported by rail from South Africa's port of Durban to Zimbabwe, instead of being routed through Botswana.
The ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½'s Taurai Maduna travelled to Bulawayo, in south-west Zimbabwe, to find out how vital the railway line is today.
