PM pledges £2bn to fix 'broken housing market'
Theresa May announced an additional £2bn for affordable homes, taking the budget to £9bn.
She told delegates "we have listened and we have learned" and added that the extra money would provide a " new generation of council houses to help fix our broken housing market".
