The Apprentice: The Secrets of the Boardroom
Neil Clough appeared on the Apprentice in 2013, eventually reaching the final. He told ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Radio Berkshire's Sarah Walker what it's like working with Lord Sugar, and how the programme works for those appearing on it.
Neil Clough, former Apprentice finalist:
"You are on the tasks for like fourteen hours a day. You made decisions which could take you months in a day... it is quite a tough process and I do feel for the candidates.
"I was in the house for the full process, which takes eight weeks. It is really intense and there are a lot of arguments and big characters and that house is certainly testing at times.
"Does the phone really go at 5am? The answer is yes."
