'I was scared, but I took a chance'
Just weeks after learning CPR at school, 14-year-old Sarah Salami put her skills into practise when her dad collapsed one morning.
She managed to perform CPR and call an ambulance to their home.
When paramedics arrived, they told her that her quick thinking had saved her father's life. The British Heart Foundation, the organisation behind the training Sarah received are to expand their initiative to a further 150,000 people in an effort to improve rates of heart attack survival.
