Paterson: 'We should not be terrified of WTO'
The secretary of state for the environment has said the UK should be in a good position to do a deal on free trade. Owen Paterson says we "should not be terrified of the WTO" when talking about Brexit.
A group of Leave campaigners have said Theresa May should formally declare that we are assuming WTO rules come the end of March 2019.
