Disabled 'losing out on jobs' due to cap

A government-funded scheme aimed at helping support disabled people in the workplace is "not fit for purpose", say campaigners.
Since 2015 new claimants on the Access to Work scheme have had a cap on the amount they can receive, and this is due to cover existing claimants from April 2018.
Disability groups say it adversely affects deaf workers who may need more expensive support like sign language interpreters.
