'Doctrine of deterrent' needed for cyber-attacks
The West needs to discuss a "doctrine of deterrent" for situations such as cyber-attacks, the security minister
has said.
"In the military spaces people ratchet up provocations and tactics and everyone knows where everyone stands," Ben Wallace told John Humphrys.
When it comes to cyber-attacks, "how do we indicate to different states what we would or wouldn't do?" he said.
