Vice-president of the European Investment Bank says there are no winners in Brexit
It invests billions in our economy but now Britain and the European Investment Bank are set to part.
Alexander Stubb is vice-president of the European Investment Bank. He tells Sarah Montague how the nature of Britain's relationship with the EIB will change after Brexit.
"There are no winners in Brexit, apart from a few lawyers," he says.
