European Investment Bank: 'No winners in Brexit'
The vice-president of the European Investment Bank has said it will take the UK more than 30 years to get its £3bn investment back.
Alexander Stubb said there were "no winners in Brexit apart from a few lawyers" and that it would take until 2054 to repay the money.
