An immigrant from Uzbekistan has been named as the suspected killer in the New York terror attack. 29-year-old Sayfullo Saipov is believed to have used a pickup truck to mow down cyclists and pedestrians, killing eight people. He was shot by police and is under armed guard in hospital. A former neighbour and fellow Uzbek, Mirrakhmat Muminov, spoke to the 蜜芽传媒's Alex Ritson.
