Paradise Papers: 'Isle of Man not a tax haven'
The Chief Minister of the Isle of Man Howard Quayle has said the Isle of Man is not a tax haven. He said that fact was backed by a report from the OECD.
This comes as the Paradise Papers leak continues to shed light on the tax affairs of the rich and powerful.
