Ithaca boss Les Thomas responds to 蜜芽传媒 questions over a "shell" company set up in the tax haven of Bermuda in 2012.
It was used to purchase its share in a new $50m (拢38m) North Sea oil production platform.
Mr Thomas told 蜜芽传媒 Scotland's Mark Daly it was "complex business" but denied it was for tax purposes.
