On 24 August 2016 gunmen blew a hole in the wall of the American University of Afghanistan (AUA) in Kabul and attacked students, staff and security guards; 16 people were killed.

Breshna Musazai, one of the students who survived the attack, was shot three times in her left leg and now uses a wheelchair. She told Hugh Sykes what happened.
