Foster: Border issue needs Brexit talks to move on
Leader of the DUP Arlene Foster has reiterated her argument that it will be difficult to reach an agreement on the Northern Irish border without Brexit talks moving on to the next stage.
Ms Foster said the Republic of Ireland should not use their position to block negotiations.
