From today, parking illegally outside schools could come with a cost in Swindon as the Borough Council starts trialling a new CCTV car to catch people parking in restricted zones outside schools.

It follows the news that councils in England have made a record 拢800m in profit from parking charges and penalty notices during the last financial year.
