Did you know about a third of the food produced in the world for human consumption is wasted every year? That amounts to 1.3 billion tonnes, according to the United Nations. And it's for that reason experts estimate food waste will be a big theme on the culinary scene next year. In this next ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Minute series on 2018 Food Trends we speak to Douglas McMaster, the owner of Silo, a zero waste restaurant in Brighton, UK - who doesn't own a bin.
