'We broke down the windows to find the baby'
Tiaan Esterhuizen and his family were travelling on the passenger train that crashed and caught fire in South Africa after colliding with a truck. His family escaped but at least 14 people died and more than 200 were injured. He recounts the traumatic moment when he tried to assist other passengers, but the flames took over.
