The price of escaping North Korea
As the two Koreas restart talks and South Korea tries to ease relations with its neighbour, difficult issues remain: not just the North's nuclear programme, but its appalling human rights record. Eun Ha fled North Korea twice - the first time the Chinese sent her back she was tortured and forced to give birth by the side of the road, losing the child. Recently she found out that her sister-in-law had been repatriated to North Korea after being discovered by the Chinese authorities. She spoke to Dan Damon.
