If you don鈥檛 feel confused you鈥檙e not doing it right
鈥淢y brain just felt like it was contorting itself in funny shapes out of my skull鈥 says mathematician Eugenia Cheng on being told about a graph of squaring numbers as a child. This led to her love of maths 鈥 and indeed her love of the mathematics of mathematics. However, Eugenia sympathises with those who find maths tricky, and is now on a mission to rid the world of maths phobia 鈥 beginning by sharing why it鈥檚 good to be confused about maths.
