Is the U.K. becoming a more racist society?
The first Turban wearing Sikh MP Tan Singh Dhesi said he has been surprised by the amount of racist abuse he has received since becoming an MP in 2017. The most recent statistics on the hate crime figures in the United Kingdom reveal a 30% increase on the previous year. Is the country becoming a more and more intolerant, more racist society? Dr Mark Ledwidge and Journalist Mona Chalabi debate the question with Edward Stourton.
