Leaving out the left in Italian politics
In just over four weeks' time (4th February), Italians go to the polls in a general election. The parties have been presenting their logos to the Interiors Ministry but the word "left" has almost gone completely from some parties' campaigning literature. Dan Damon learnt more from the Italian journalist, Chiara Rimella, who writes for Monocle magazine.
