Reading FC: Stam not willing to answer questions about his future
The Royals boss Jaap Stam isn't speculating on his future after Millwall loss.
"It is how it is," Stam told ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Radio Berkshire's Tim Dellor. "You keep asking me these questions.
"I understand that you want to have a certain answer, if you want to have an answer then you need to ask someone from upstairs."
And Stam was equally pragmatic when pushed on whether he would ever resign his position.
"You're always looking at yourself, and what you're trying to do.
"You're looking at the players too and how they respond to you...players talk among themselves too.
"The board and the owners want to play football from the back, they want to play in a certain way."
