The Royals boss Jaap Stam is adamant that despite recent results, the squad is positive.

After winning one game in ten Championship fixtures, Stam is keen to stress that the mood in the Reading camp is still positive.

鈥淧eople think鈥�the mood is not good,鈥� Stam told 蜜芽传媒 Radio Berkshire鈥檚 Jack Winstanley. 鈥淓ven if you look at players today, the mood is quite good.

鈥淓verybody is still very confident that we can do well.鈥�

And Stam says the mood of the conversations with the owners has been relaxed since the loss to Millwall last weekend.
